Member engagement for golf clubs
Golf Linkup improves the member experience at your club by making it easier for members to connect, find people to play with and take part in club life. Your team gets far better visibility of who is engaging, and who is not.
One subscription for your whole membership. Works alongside the systems you already run.

A member can pay their subscription, hold a handicap and book tee times, and still feel like an outsider. Finding playing partners, working out the roll-ups and breaking into established groups still depends far too much on who you already know.
For the member, that shapes their experience of the club. For the club, it shapes participation, engagement and how much that membership feels worth come renewal.
The commercial case
Your existing systems handle subscriptions, tee times, handicaps and competitions well. None of them tell you whether a member is building relationships, getting into informal golf or becoming part of the community. That is the gap Golf Linkup fills.
Members build a playing network inside their own club, so there is always somebody to ring for a game.
Games, roll-ups and club events become easy to find and join, rather than word of mouth among the regulars.
Your team sees how members are activating, connecting and taking part, and who has gone quiet.
New member integration
Clubs put real money and effort into attracting members. What happens next is usually left to chance.
The first months of membership should build momentum, not uncertainty.
Golf Linkup isn't only for new members. It gives the whole membership an easier way to find more golf, meet more people and stay involved in club life.

Membership retention starts long before renewal. Build a club members want to stay part of.
Low risk to introduce
Tee bookings, competitions, handicaps and membership administration stay exactly where they are.
Golf Linkup sits alongside them, focused on member connection, participation and belonging.
Getting started
This is not an IT project. Set the club up, add your logo and colours, bring your membership across and members do the rest themselves.
01
Your club environment is created and your admins are invited.
02
Your logo and club colours run through the whole member portal.
03
Import the membership from a CSV file, or share your club join code.
04
They activate, set up their profile and start connecting and playing.
Members open something that carries your name, your crest and your colours.

Questions from clubs
No. Tee times, competitions, handicaps and membership administration stay exactly where they are. Golf Linkup has a different job: helping members connect, participate and belong.
No. New members use it to find their way in. Longer-standing members use it when playing groups change, when they want to play more often, or when they simply want to widen their circle at the club.
Your club environment is configured, members can be imported from a CSV file or join with your club code, and invitations are sent for members to activate their accounts and set their profile, handicap and availability.
Your nominated club admins. They manage members, publish news and events, apply branding, regenerate join codes and view engagement in the Admin Centre. You can add as many club admins as you need.
Every club's data is separated at database level, so members and admins only ever see their own club. Members choose whether their handicap and directory listing are visible, and direct messages stay between the members in that conversation.
